Revolutionary prefabricated wet rooms with heat recovery

Timber construction in particular is setting new standards in terms of construction speed. At the same time, fewer and fewer skilled workers are available. These two factors have inspired us to work together with dade design and Vorfaplast to develop a prefabricated wet room with heat recovery.

The floor of the wet room is made of dade ROC high-performance concrete and already contains a fully sealed shower - with heat recovery from JOULIA - as well as the underfloor heating and a curb for sealing and attaching the desired wall surfaces in the bathroom.

The entire horizontal pipework including cistern, hot and cold water pipes, ventilation and - where required - heating pipes are already pre-installed.

In terms of planning, the prefabricated wet room can be constructed at the height of the finished floor structure (including sound insulation). On site, the wet room is brought in with the construction crane and can be positioned with pinpoint accuracy using a pallet controller.
